As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the educational environment, assess institutional and program performance, and advance scientific research, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the results of the 2024 Iraqi University Rankings.
A total of 2,072 academic departments from 100 public and private universities and colleges were evaluated based on specific performance criteria, including:
– Program Quality and Accreditation (50%)
– Faculty Performance (25%)
– Global Rankings of Academic Disciplines (25%)
According to the results published on the official platform ([IRU Rankings] (https://iru.asse-gate.gov.iq)) , the Department of Architecture achieved an impressive fourth place among government academic departments, reflecting its commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
